2024 Lice Prevention study
Three-arm in-vitro “Proof of Claims” study by the Lice Solutions Resource Network (LSRN), Principal Investigator Katie Shepherd, under Sterling IRB #12585 (Protocol OCP-2415). Prevention Shampoo 99.05% effective against head lice and 100% ovicidal when eggs were fully submersed; Treatment 79.37% against Rid at 44.44%. Full detail on the Studies page.
2025 Super Lice study
Three-phase, four-arm LSRN study against DNA-confirmed pesticide-resistant lice, with genotyping by Dr. Ju Hyeon Kim at Seoul National University (Protocol OCP-2516). 100% of lice tested carried the kdr resistance mutation at all three loci. Full detail on the Studies page.
Bed Bug study
Direct-spray test of the Furniture & Bedding Spray against bed bugs (Cimex lectularius) by Microbe Investigations AG, a spin-off of ETH Zürich, to EPA OCSPP 810.3900 across five replicates (Report LS25-02442). 100% knockdown in under 10 minutes and 100% mortality at 24 hours, against 0% in the untreated control. Pest Control Spray study (Spider & Ant)
Repellency assay by Snell Scientifics, LLC (Test Method 310, non-GLP), observed from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Argentine ants 83–93% repellency on treated surfaces against 33–55% on untreated controls; house spiders 70–80% against 43–53%. Full detail on the Studies page.
