1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Items must have been purchased directly from TryMayday.com.

You will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and no restocking fees will apply.

You will receive a full refund for the item, as outlined in the Refund Procedures below.

Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging (unless received in damaged or defective condition), with all accessories included, within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Other Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than it being defective, damaged, or incorrect:

The item must be returned unopened, in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
3. Return Procedures
To return an item:

If eligible, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

Pack the item(s) securely and include a copy of your original packing slip.

Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund in accordance with the procedures below.
4. Refund Procedures
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price paid, including applicable sales tax, minus any discounts or promotions applied at checkout.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow adequate time for processing and for your financial institution to reflect the credit on your account.

It may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
