Privacy Policy

Draft for MAYDAY and its lawyer to review — not legal advice. It describes what trymayday.com actually does as built (October 2026). Items in [brackets] need MAYDAY's answer. If the site later adds ad pixels, email sign-up, cookies or checkout, this policy must change first.

Effective date: [date]

This policy explains what information Omniche Consumer Products Co. ("MAYDAY", "we") collects through trymayday.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • You can browse the site without giving us any personal information.
  • We don't sell products on this site, so we never collect payment details. Purchases happen on retailers' sites (such as Amazon), under their privacy policies.
  • We don't use cookies on the public site, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We only collect personal information you choose to send us through a form.
  • We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

Information you give us

When you use one of our forms (contact, wholesale or first-responder sign-up), we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, website, social media handle, role and message. We use it to reply to you and to handle your request. Submissions are stored securely and emailed to our team at info@omniche.co.

Information collected automatically

To understand how the site is used, we record basic, non-identifying information about each page view and each click on a "Buy" button: the page, the date and time, the website that referred you, your approximate country, whether you're on a mobile or desktop device, and whether the visit came from a person or an automated crawler. We don't store your IP address. To count visitors, we use a code made from your IP address and browser type, combined with a random value that changes every day, so a visit can't be linked to you or to your visits on other days. We keep this information for 90 days.

Cookies

The public site doesn't set cookies. Staff who sign in to our website administration area receive a sign-in cookie; it isn't used for visitors.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process information only to provide their service to us:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from attacks, and runs the spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and keep the site secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Adobe Fonts supplies the site's typefaces. Your browser downloads them from Adobe, which receives your IP address and the page address for font licensing. Adobe Fonts doesn't set cookies. See Adobe's privacy policy.

Buying from retailers

Our "Buy" buttons take you to retailers such as Amazon or Walmart. Anything you do there, including purchases, is covered by that retailer's privacy policy, not this one. Amazon links include a code (Amazon Attribution) that tells us how many purchases came from our site in total; it doesn't give us any personal information about you.

How we share information

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers above, if the law requires it, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

Visit and click records: 90 days. Form submissions: [as long as needed to respond and for our business records, up to N years].

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@omniche.co. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under state law; we will honor them. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is meant for parents and caregivers. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, restricted access for our staff, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
